Quantile Regression — Thyroid Disease

Quantile regression applied to identifying reference ranges for thyroid function tests in pregnancy. Built during undergraduate research at the University of Limerick, the app compares three modelling approaches on the same dataset — Frequentist (quantreg), Bayesian (MCMC via bayesQR), and Linear Mixed Models (lqmm). All computation runs in your browser via WebAssembly — no server involved.
